As a Venture Associate at SDH Capital, Melissa identifies potential investment opportunities, performs due diligence on startups, tracks market trends, and collaborates with portfolio companies to develop growth strategies.

Prior to joining SDH Capital, Melissa was a Credit Associate at Oak Hill Advisors, where she evaluated investment opportunities across the consumer and retail sectors. She earned a B.A. in Economics and Physics from Kenyon College.

In her free time, Melissa enjoys baking, hiking, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.
